What are the shipping times for your products?
We take 2-3 days to process your order and then 7 to 21 working days to deliver it to you. For some countries like India, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, the Baltic States, Israel, Poland or Brazil it may take more time. We are currently working to reduce our delivery times.

There are some items missing from my order, what happens?
Our products are shipped separately according to your order. If it contains, for example, items from two different warehouses, there will therefore be two deliveries. The rest of the order will arrive shortly.

I put the wrong address in my order. Can I change it?
Yes, you have up to 1 day after purchasing your order to change your address. For this send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the numbers of your order. After this time we will not be able to change the address and no refund will be made.
